SHIPPING POLICY

Here at Ultimate Princess Creations, we strive to be super-speedy to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping Only:

Standard (5-8 Business Days): $9.95 or Free with any order over $45

Express (3 Business Days): $25

Free Local Pickup

 

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed within 7 business day(s) excluding weekends and holidays. Customized products from the One-of-a-Kind Wonders collection may take longer due to complexity of personalization. You will be alerted to the estimated timeframe and kept up to date if anything changes. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to monitor your package’s arrival.


CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us at: ultimateprincesscreations@outlook.com

 

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date the package arrived. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as sale items or anything from the One-of-a-kind Wonder collection, are ineligible for returns. For more information, visit: Refund policy – Ultimate Princess Creations

 

DELAYED ORDERS

In the event of delayed processing during the creation process, you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund. If the design has been created, printed, and/or shipped orders may not be canceled. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

Ultimate Princess Creations is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier.

If your shipment tracking shows delivered and you did not receive it, please check with your local post office branch as most cases they mistakenly deliver to the wrong address.  When the packages are scanned as "Delivered" they record the GPS coordinates of the exact delivery location and often can retrieve it for you if it was indeed delivered to the wrong address.
